We can negotiate flexibly on your behalf. Rolled up rents are also possible.

A bespoke Buy & Leaseback service is available to well established businesses looking to enter the perfect building with the view to buying it later. This enables businesses to browse the 'for sale' market when looking to lease a premises

We can also offer rolled up rental fees under sale & leaseback
